4° Workshop

The municipality of Palmanova, which has been committed to promoting culture for years by organizing regionally significant events and exhibitions, is also distinguished by its strong commitment to supporting youth participation. In 2017, it established the Youth Forum, a municipal organization that allows young people between the ages of 18 and 24, to submit proposals to the Municipal Administration and interact with local informal groups of young people. For three years the Municipality has supported and collaborated as a partner in the “Passo dopo Passo – palestre di inclusione” (Step by step – Inclusivity Training) project, aimed at creating youth groups through art workshops. Numerous co-creative workshops have been promoted as part of the project, designed to encourage active participation and enhance the creative potential of young people. Also aimed at young people is the innovative “Pancanova” (new bench) project, a participatory project that aims to reinterpret and give new meaning to the town of Palmanova through the eyes, ideas and creativity of new generations.

As part of the Listening To project, the Municipality of Palmanova organized a co-creation workshop addressed to young people and teenagers.
